About the Chef
Ado's love of food began as a 9 year old child in El Salvador.
When he was a young ingredients and equipment where in short supply and this
made coming up with meals a challenge. To overcome these challenges, Ado paid close attention to the techniques
his Mom employed in the kitchen.
In the following years, he worked with many talented chefs and has incorporated these techniques
into his culinary art.
The result is that Ado's kitchen is a place we serve popular dishes from around the world, but with an Ado's twist.
Ado's Kitchen has been a dream come true.
